Logic20/20, Inc. is seeking a Manager to join our Grid Operations practice in Seattle. The role combines engineering and consulting expertise to modernize grid operations for utility clients, lead engagements, and guide technology implementations across ADMS/DMS/OMS/SCADA environments.

You will mentor teams, manage project scope and client relationships, and help grow the practice through thought leadership and new business opportunities in a dynamic, distributed grid landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience leading utility consulting engagements and teams.
• Strong engineering and consulting background in grid modernization.
• Ability to translate complex grid topics for executives and operators.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, risks, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements and workstreams in grid operations and modernization.
• Advise utilities on strategy, technology implementation, processes, and readiness.
• Oversee design, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness of grid solutions.
• Support DERs, energy storage, EVs, and related technologies integration into distribution operations.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and drive proposals and business development.
