Job summary

Landis+Gyr AG in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Technical Implementation Engineer I to serve as the initial escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating across Development, Engineering, SQA, Product Management, and Project Management.

You will own test environments, support SAT and FAT, document resolutions in CRM, and help deploy company solutions for utility customers, traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Experience with solutions involving both software and hardware.
• Utility operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns test environments and test lab to support the deployment organization.
• Create relevant use case scenarios and demonstrate how GridStream operates to improve customer tests.
• Support System Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new deployments.
• Lead creation of standard operating procedures for technical elements of the system.
