Keystone Custom Homes in Frederick, MD is seeking a weekend Greeter/PA to welcome visitors to the sales center and assist the sales team with tours and customer inquiries.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong organization, and reliable registration support to ensure brochures are stocked, events run smoothly, and prospective buyers have a positive experience. This is a part-time position with weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience preferred
• High School education or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Exceptional self-confidence with customer relations
• Able to hold a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all prospects who enter the sales center with enthusiasm and establish rapport with them.
• Obtain all information necessary to thoroughly complete registration cards and provide them to the New Home Advisor or Community Sales Manager.
• Offer and provide refreshments to any prospects waiting to be met by the New Home Advisor or Community Sales Manager.
• Ensure model collateral materials and sales brochures are in stock.
• Assist the New Home Advisor or Community Sales Manager with prospect mailings.
• Assist with the preparation for broker/realtor functions, and serve at functions as needed.
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and appropriate attire at all times in accordance with established standards.
• Help keep model home neat and clean.
• Assist with all other tasks and projects as directed by the community Sales Manager and management.
