Job summary

The St. Joe Company is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome guests and escort them to tables at our Florida restaurant. You will support hosts and servers, highlight menu items, and help maintain an excellent guest experience.

You will be involved in managing wait times, answering phones, and ensuring the dining area is clean and ready for service, while coordinating with kitchen and management for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables in a courteous manner.
• Assist in seating guests and manage wait times.
• Answer restaurant phones politely and take reservations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies; assist in prep for service.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Thank guests as they depart to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Perform closing duties and assist with end-of-day tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job SummaryThe role of Greeter is responsible for being an upbeat and kind presence to greet guests when they enter our organization.
