Job summary

The St. Joe Company is seeking a Banquet Server to support all banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring guests receive exceptional, attentive service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of hospitality and presentation, and assist with event flow from setup to breakdown. Ideal candidates have at least one year of serving experience in high-volume venues, strong customer service, and knowledge of food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all equipment and areas for the event as stated on the BEO (Banquet Event Order).
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional way.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Service guests and anticipate their needs during event.
• Take food and beverage orders; collect plates and clear tables.
• Break down all equipment; clean up event space after. Prepare for the next event.

Job SummaryThe role of Banquet Server is responsible for supporting all banquet operations, including, but not limited to, setup, service, and breakdown.
