Job summary

The St. Joe Company/St. Joe Resort Operations is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome guests, escort them to seating, and help maintain a pristine dining area. You will be the first pleasant face guests see, setting the tone for a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, assisting wait staff, communicating with servers and kitchen to align flow, and supporting a courteous, efficient service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service strongly preferred.
• Able to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to be friendly while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times and thank guests leaving.
• Monitor wait times and inform guests during busy periods.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness.
• Answer restaurant phone courteously and efficiently.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen to ensure timely service.

Job SummaryThe role of Greeter is responsible for being an upbeat and kind presence to greet guests when they enter our organization.
