Job summary

The St Joe Company welcomes a friendly Greeter to join our resort team at Camp Creek Resort in Inlet Beach, Florida. The role focuses on greeting guests, guiding them to tables, and assisting with seating while representing our upscale hospitality standards.

Primary duties include maintaining positive guest relations, highlighting menu items, and supporting smooth service flow. This full-time position emphasizes courtesy, teamwork, and attentiveness in a busy resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English.
• Sufficient education and literacy to identify labels and communicate job needs.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Extend courteous departures as guests leave.
• Be aware of wait times and notify guests during busy periods.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain room cleanliness.
• Complete closing duties as assigned.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Be familiar with the menus and highlight items for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of table numbers and proper table setups.
• Guide servers and bussers in table setup.
