Job summary

Maimonides Medical Center is seeking a Patient Liaison to interact with patients and families in the Atrium, providing non-clinical amenities and information. You will work as part of the care team to improve comfort and accessibility.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer service, guiding families to services, answering questions, and maintaining empathy in challenging situations within a fast-paced hospital environment.

• This position requires a high level of customer service. Associate will have direct contact with patients visiting the clinic and will be expected to maintain patience, understanding, and empathy when dealing with any issues that may arise.

Overview

Serves as liaison between patient and hospital staff while providing non-clinical amenities for patients and family members visiting the Atrium. Works as part of the team with Patient Representative/AOD's and clinical staff to facilitate comfort-based amenities.
