Manages all personnel assigned within the Public Communications Department and Communications Center. Evaluates and supports staff to insure their success and reputation as front line communicators in the organization. Works with Director to influence staff and training in similar jobs institution wide. Works with Director to manage the Emergency notification system, Everbridge.
BASIC COMPETENCIES
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in health administration, communication, or a related field required.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience, managing in a people/public oriented business required. Health care experience a plus. Union experience essential.
