Job summary

Rolling Hills Golf Course in Tempe, AZ, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper I. The role offers $17-$20 per hour and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.

You will perform landscape maintenance, operate small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing, and help with course setup while upholding safety standards and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

$17 - $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Greenskeeper I:
