Job summary

Silverbell Golf Course in Tucson, AZ, part of Troon, is hiring a full-time Greenskeeper to maintain bunkers, greens and surrounding turf while ensuring a positive guest experience. You will operate small machinery, assist with course setup and follow safety practices.

This hands-on role welcomes motivated individuals with basic turf knowledge, a valid driver's license, and reliable attendance. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plan, and PTO for team members.

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Performs tasks related to course detail (weed and debris cleanup).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Silverbell Golf Course, located in Tucson, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
