Job summary

Silverbell Golf Course in Tucson, AZ, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to maintain bunkers, groom turf, assist with set-up, and contribute to a welcoming experience for members and guests.

The position offers regular hours, safety training, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

• One month of related experience or training required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Silverbell Golf Course, located in Tucson, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material
• Performs tasks related to course detail (weed and debris cleanup)
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• One month of related experience or training
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
