Job summary

Salt Leaf Golf Preserve in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a full-time greenskeeper dedicated to maintaining the golf course and supporting a positive guest experience.

You will mow greens and fairways, water with irrigation heads, repair systems, lay sod, seed turf, trim shrubs, apply pesticides and fertilizers, and collaborate with Troon to uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
• Must possess the ability to design, coordinate and maintain landscaping on the golf course.
• Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course maintenance.
• Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation.
• Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate ofTroon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:
