Shadow Hills Golf Club in Indio, CA, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to support maintenance and landscaping across the course, ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests. The role emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail in a dynamic golf environment.

You will assist with mowing, irrigation, soil work, and seasonal restoration, contributing to the course's overall playability and aesthetics while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Must possess the ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course.
• Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course maintenance.
• Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation.
• Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas.
• Waters tees, greens, and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water.
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes, and irrigation heads as necessary.
• Grades and prepares soil base; lays sod and seeds greens, tees, and fairways.
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds.
• Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Shadow Hills Golf Club, located in Indio, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay:

$16.90 - $18.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
