Job summary

Bayside Resort Golf Club in Selbyville, DE is seeking a part-time greenskeeper to support daily course maintenance and provide a positive experience for members and guests. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow knowledge of golf operations.

This role focuses on bunker maintenance, mowing prep, edging, soil beds, and safe operation of equipment while adhering to safety guidelines and course standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required but will train.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Bayside Resort Golf Club, located in Selbyville, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation

$15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning and plugging).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their protective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• No experience required but will train.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
