Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club in Ocean View, Delaware is seeking a full-time greenskeeper to support course maintenance and project work. Training will be provided; no prior experience is required, and you will join Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

You will perform mowing, irrigation, bunker upkeep, soil beds, and other duties with safe equipment. Competitive hourly pay and year-round schedule offered, with benefits following eligibility.

Qualificações

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean-up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their respective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. Compensation

$16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Schedule

Year-round. Flexible schedules are available.

Summary

Work includes course renovation projects, mowing, irrigation. Eye for detail and enjoyment of the outdoors is a plus. No experience necessary, we will provide all necessary training for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities
