Rock Manor Golf Course in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to support course maintenance and operations under Troon, a global leader in golf and community management. The role offers $15.00 per hour and benefits eligibility.

The successful candidate will rake bunkers, operate small machinery, prepare soil beds for sod and seed, and assist with course setup and debris cleanup, while maintaining safety and attendance standards.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Rock Manor Golf Course, located in Wilmington, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
