Job summary

Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to maintain the golf course to Troon’s global standards. This role offers healthcare benefits, a 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off within a hospitality-driven, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include bunkering, mowing, soil bed prep, course setup support, and safe operation of small machinery, while upholding safety and quality expectations across the course.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
