Job summary

Greens at Broken Arrow is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Broken Arrow, OK. This role supports the Community Director and Maintenance Director by responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance on-site.

Living on-site offers convenience and a rent discount option. Responsibilities include timely responses to maintenance requests, general repairs, painting, drywall, lighting, and basic carpentry, plus property

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, Greens at Broken Arrow.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
