Job summary

BrightFarms in Loudon, NH is hiring a Packer to support leafy greens production. You will assist with daily weighing and packaging, follow food-safety protocols, and record labor and inspection data. 0-1 year in production (food/agriculture) preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a production environment or related work experience.
• Food or agriculture industry experience preferred.
• On-going training in Food Safety and Sanitation.
• Ability to fulfill routine logs related to food safety and inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the labor required to complete the daily weighing and packaging plan of leafy greens safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to food safety protocols in all aspects of job requirements.
• Follow supervisor's instructions in adhering to standardized practices and achieving required results.
• Record charts related to labor, inspection, and results according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Operate Hand Pallet Jack.
• Report food safety and quality problems to Supervisor, the SQF Practitioner or directly to Senior Management.
