Job summary

You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and sanitation to ensure safe and compliant operations. The role works with Facilities and Cultivation teams and emphasizes mechanical maintenance, safety, and adherence to cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• Must understand maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.
• Solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of climate control equipment used in greenhouses.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on greenhouse equipment and infrastructure.
• Complete assigned maintenance tasks on all facility assets.
• Assist with installation, testing and repair of greenhouse equipment, fixtures, plumbing components and related systems.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA PPE requirements.
• Adhere to all worksite safety, food safety, hygiene protocols and compliance standards.
