Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience, preferably in order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with order-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for sales reps and customers to ensure smooth order processing.
• Manage complete order lifecycle: verify, confirm with vendors, process changes, track, resolve claims.
• Use Prelude and B2B site to transact and maintain order integrity.
• Proactively update stakeholders and suggest process improvements.
