Siemens in Pendergrass, GA, is building a new Training & Engagement function for an hourly manufacturing workforce. You will shape onboarding, technical training, safety alignment with EHS, and engagement initiatives on site.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and partners with site leadership, EHS, P&O, and technical experts to create scalable curricula and trainer organizations from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of leadership in high-growth manufacturing or education.
• Experience leading manufacturing training or curriculum development.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the site's Training & Qualification function.
• Design onboarding and technical training for hourly employees.
• Develop curriculum and delivery standards.
• Partner with EHS to integrate safety content.
• Evaluate practices from Siemens to fit Pendergrass needs.
• Define trainer staffing and lead trainers as demand grows.
• Measure training effectiveness and improve readiness, quality, safety, and performance.
• Support employee engagement programs and culture initiatives.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation.
