Job summary

You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations, coordinating across Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Procurement, Finance, IT and external partners to ensure a successful startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial settings.
• Experience with manufacturing facility expansions, greenfield or brownfield projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of a major factory expansion project with clear ownership and autonomy.
• Develop and manage master schedule, budget, milestones, CAPEX forecasts, and change orders.
• Coordinate across Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Procurement, Finance, IT and others.
• Manage external partners to align construction, readiness of equipment, and commissioning.
• Drive factory readiness and start-up, ensuring alignment to milestones and cost control.
• Establish governance, documentation, progress reporting, and executive communication.
