Job summary

Airswift is partnering with a rapidly growing renewable energy developer to lead a major greenfield facility in the Midwest. You will be the owner's representative, overseeing detailed engineering through commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience within industrial process manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading capital projects from development through startup.
• Experience with FEL, FEED, Stage-Gate, or similar project development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Experience managing contractors, EPC firms, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Preferred Industry Experience: Chemical Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Refining, Fertilizer, Gas Processing, RNG, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects through all project phases including concept development, FEL/FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
• Develop project scope, cost estimates, schedules, execution plans, and business case documentation.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, engineering teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and operations personnel.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, risk assessments, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
• Support capital portfolio planning and investment prioritization activities.
• Provide regular project performance updates to senior leadership.
• Drive project execution while maintaining project objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, and operational readiness.
