Job summary

Luck Companies seeks a Greenfield Development Manager to lead technical evaluation, due diligence, and development readiness for prioritized Greenfield opportunities. You will coordinate internal and external resources, define project scope, and drive projects from site evaluation through permitting and transition to operations.

Role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic decision-making, and strong coordination with finance and executive stakeholders. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Preferred fields of study include Engineering, geology, environmental science, planning, construction management, architecture, real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence for Greenfield sites, coordinating internal resources and external consultants.
• Guide site layouts balancing operational needs, environmental considerations, permitting, capital investment, and long-term value.
• Create integrated project plans with clear scope, roles, dependencies and accountability.
• Maintain project documentation and provide concise progress updates on priorities and risks.
• Develop early-phase cost, schedule, and capital assumptions with Finance and operations.
• Coordinate studies and market inputs to support portfolio prioritization.
