Job summary

Luck Companies seeks a Director, Greenfield & Community Development to drive growth opportunities from early identification through due diligence and permitting. You will lead cross-functional teams across technical site assessment, community engagement, and regulatory strategy to align with long-term objectives and the company’s trusted community partner image.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and government officials, delivering cohesive strategies

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in land development, community engagement, economic development, real estate, engineering, planning, permitting, or related fields.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving external stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working with governmental entities, community groups, and technical consultants.

Responsibilities

Lead a team focused on site identification, evaluation, and prioritization activities.
Direct teams for technical due diligence including geological, environmental, engineering, land use, and permitting assessments.
Develop recommendations that support investment decisions, permitting strategy, and project advancement.
Build team capability through coaching, guidance, and clear accountability for project outcomes.
