Job summary

Luck Companies is seeking a Greenfield Development Manager to advance our growth strategy by leading the technical evaluation and development of prioritized Greenfield opportunities. You will coordinate internal experts and external consultants to move projects from site evaluation through due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting, and development readiness.

You will translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations and practical plans, guiding cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, geology, environmental science, planning, construction management, architecture, real estate development, or a related technical field.
• Work Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in land development, engineering, construction, permitting, real estate development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex development projects with multiple technical disciplines, consultants, and internal partners.
• Experience guiding projects through site evaluation, due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting, budgeting, and development planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence for prioritized Greenfield sites and coordinate internal resources and external consultants.
• Guide preliminary site layouts balancing operational needs, environmental considerations, permitting requirements, capital investment, and long-term value.
• Build and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, decision points, and deliverables from due diligence through permit readiness.
• Identify project risks early and elevate decisions or barriers to keep the project on track.
