Job summary

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to deliver essential personal care in patients' homes. You will support daily living activities, monitor safety, and assist with feeding and mobility in a patient-centered setting.

We offer a flexible schedule and competitive weekly pay ($14-$16/hr), overtime and holiday pay, direct deposit, and caregiver recognition awards. Training is provided; must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and be able to follow

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
• Compliance with training requirements per State and Federal laws (training provided)
• Preferred: minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Preferred: CPR certification
• Preferred: TB test

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient laundry when necessary
• Provide medication reminders
• Ensure patient safety
• Report significant changes to supervisor
• Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding
• Monitor and record patient temperature
• Assist patients with ambulation
• Conduct ROM exercises and simple physical activities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
• Offer bathing assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). As a CNA/HHA/PCA, you will be responsible for delivering essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient laundry when necessary

• Ensure patient safety

• Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required

• Assist patients with ambulation
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
• Offer bathing assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
