Altra Homecare Group is looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). In this role, you'll deliver hands‑on personal care suited to each patient's needs, helping them maintain their dignity, safety, and independence. Not certified yet? Assist with patient laundry when necessary
Provide medication reminders
Ensure patient safety
Report significant changes in the patient's condition directly to their supervisor
Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required
Monitor and record patient temperature
Assist patients with ambulation
Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
Offer bathing assistance
Perform light housekeeping
Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
Must be 18 years of age or older
Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws (training provided)
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Preferred: current CPR certification
Preferred: current tuberculosis (TB) test
