Alcoa Corporation is seeking a Green Mill / Ring Furnace Superintendent at the Warrick Operations in Newburgh, Indiana. The role leads daily operations, focusing on safety, production, quality, cost, and reliability while guiding a team of six supervisors and hourly staff across shifts. You will collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to prioritize repairs, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement with a safety-first approach.

The position follows a 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Green Mill and Ring Furnace operations to meet safety, production, quality, cost, and customer requirements.
• Build a strong safety culture with visible leadership and hazard identification.
• Coach and develop six frontline supervisors across shifts.
• Plan staffing, equipment, materials, and resources for safe, efficient production.
• Drive continuous improvement with audits, gaps, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to prioritize repairs and reduce downtime.
