Job summary

Alcoa is seeking an Anode Assembly Superintendent for Warrick Operations in Newburgh, IN. You will lead daily Anode Assembly activities, drive safety, production, quality, and cost outcomes, and develop five supervisors and frontline teams across shifts.

You will partner with Maintenance and Engineering to prioritize repairs, improve equipment reliability, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining a strong safety culture and high employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Anode Assembly operations to meet safety, production, quality, cost, and customer requirements.
• Build a strong safety culture through visible leadership and routine inspections.
• Coach and develop five frontline supervisors and communicate across shifts.
• Plan staffing, equipment, materials, and resources for safe, efficient production.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, gap analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime.
