Job summary

Envision Energy USA Ltd. in Burlington, MA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead hydrogen technology programs from concept to pilot deployment.

You will own planning, execution, and delivery across electrolyzer product development, materials research, system integration, and pilot-scale demonstrations. You will coordinate with engineering, chemistry, manufacturing, procurement, and product management, bridging U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field.
• 5–10 years in hardware or product development project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with electrolyzer or hydrogen system R&D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations for R&D initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across mechanical, chemical, electrical, controls, and materials engineering.
• Lead reviews of engineering docs, test data, and design revisions to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety, compliance with SOPs, EHS policies, and lab risk assessments.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans; report KPIs and risks to leadership.
• Coordinate timelines with external partners, labs, and suppliers; support cross-border collaboration.
