Job summary

Envision Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to help design and implement a quality infrastructure for a green hydrogen electrolyzer program in Burlington, MA. You will collaborate with global teams and drive quality across supplier, process, and product domains.

The role requires 3–7 years of quality engineering in manufacturing, strong knowledge of FMEA/PPAP, SPC, MSA/Gage R&R, and ISO 9001 QMS, with opportunities to lead DV/PV plans and CAPA. A dynamic, growth-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–7 years hands-on quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with FMEA/PFMEA, SPC, MSA/Gage R&R, 8D/CAPA, and control plans.
• Experience managing ISO 9001 QMS documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
• Strong problem-solving, rigor, urgency, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Define supplier quality requirements with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Develop IQC inspection workflows and acceptance criteria for critical components.
• Qualify suppliers through audits, FAI, and APQP/PPAP processes.
• Apply SPC/DOE/MSA to verify designs and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Lead DV/PV planning and PFMEA development and control plans.
• Drive root-cause analysis and CAPA for nonconformances across supply chain.
