Job summary

Cooper Heating & Cooling seeks a meticulous Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the Green Club Membership program, serving as a key admin partner to the Maintenance Manager. You will evaluate memberships, renewals, and maintenance performance while developing insights and recommendations for leadership.

The role requires strong Google Sheets skills, ability to build dashboards, and collaboration across Maintenance, Dispatch, Call Center, and Marketing to optimize processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Google Workspace skills including Google Sheets.
• Ability to independently develop reporting systems, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Experience with formulas, filters, conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings to leadership.
• Experience with CRM/field-service platforms (ServiceTitan preferred).
• HVAC or home-services context is helpful but not required for strong operations candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and health of the Green Club Membership program.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems to evaluate membership and Maintenance performance.
• Evaluate seasonal maintenance demand and scheduling capacity; propose process improvements.
• Translate customer and field information into actionable business insights for Marketing and Leadership.
