Cooper Heating & Cooling is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the Green Club Membership program, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements. The role partners with Maintenance, Dispatch, Call Center, Marketing, and other departments to ensure accurate membership health and timely maintenance actions.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, proficient in Google Sheets, and able to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Google Workspace skills, particularly Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop reporting systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Experience using formulas, filters, conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of the Green Club Membership program.
• Evaluate memberships, expirations, renewals, cancellations, maintenance completion, and other activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Investigate discrepancies, customer concerns, and process breakdowns and determine next steps within guidelines.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to support leadership decisions and monitor performance.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve complex membership and operational issues.
