Globe Life Insurance Company is seeking a Solutions Architect, GRC for a hybrid role in McKinney, TX. You will own configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of the GRC platform, architecting scalable data models and workflows across platforms.

The role requires deep GRC expertise, API integrations, SQL, and strong stakeholder collaboration. Hybrid work model with on-site presence Tue-Thu and remote Mon/Fri. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software Development, Information Security, Privacy and/or GRC.
• 4+ years configuring at least one GRC platform (Archer, Resolver, Wolters Kluwer, or similar).
• Industry Certifications (GRCP, CRISC) preferred.
• GRC concepts and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex platform solutions across multiple technology platforms.
• Translate business needs into user stories or technical specifications including configs and workflows.
• Architect scalable configurations, data models, and workflow designs.
• Oversee UAT planning and production deployment activities.
• Mentor junior team members and lead change management initiatives.
