Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years in software development or information security.
• 2+ years configuring at least one GRC platform (Archer preferred).
• Industry certifications (GRCP, CRISC) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GRC concepts and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX).
• Experience with SQL queries, scripting, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories and technical docs.
• Configure the GRC platform including forms, workflows, and reports.
• Develop and execute test plans for changes and enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor platform performance and data quality.
