Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Solutions Architect, GRC to own configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of our GRC platform. The role is hybrid and based in McKinney, TX with in-office days Tue–Thu and WFH Mon & Fri.

You will lead end-to-end platform implementations, drive requirements, design scalable configurations, and oversee data migrations. Strong governance, API integrations, and mentoring will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• GRC platform certifications preferred.
• 8+ years in software development, information security, privacy or GRC.
• 4+ years configuring a GRC platform (Archer/Resolver/Wolters Kluwer or similar).
• Industry certifications (GRCP, CRISC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex platform solutions across multiple technology platforms.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to review functionality and identify config needs.
• Translate complex business needs into user stories or technical specifications.
• Architect scalable configurations, data models, and workflow designs.
• Design and review design documents including integration details and data migration.
• Oversee UAT planning and deployment to production.
• Mentor junior team members and stay updated on GRC trends.
