Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data Scientist to support development of analytics and automation solutions for clients across the DOJ portfolio. The role covers data querying, wrangling, visualization, predictive analytics, ML, and RPA, with focus on turning security data into actionable insights and operating within CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.

Collaborate with ISSOs, system owners, and Agile teams to define data requirements, curate datasets, and deliver dashboards for mission decision-making,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in data analytics or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in data analytics with large data sets.
• Experience in consulting or federal environment.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and other modern scripting languages used in analytics.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Ability to support on-site and hybrid projects in the DC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical and automation solutions for DOJ portfolio.
• Query, wrangle, visualize data; build predictive analytics and ML models.
• Operate within CI/CD and DevSecOps; validate models in controlled environments.
• Communicate findings with clear visualizations and documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ISSOs, system owners, and Agile teams to define data requirements.
