Qualifications

• Recording lot numbers, suppliers, and batch details on batch sheets and tags.
• Must be able to inspect ingredient bags for condition, contamination, or foreign material.

Responsibilities

• Batch and weigh ingredients per the card into totes, label and stage totes.
• Ensure the operator stays ahead by 15 batches according to schedule.
• Maintain clean/gravy room and related areas; cover and seal unused ingredients.
