• Record lot numbers, supplier names, batch dates, and plan numbers on batch sheets.
• Inspect each ingredient bag for foreign material, damage, odor, or contamination.
• Batch and weigh ingredients into totes, label and stage them for production.
• Maintain the production area clean and orderly, including gravy room and filtration systems.
