Job summary

Qualifications

• High school plus college level courses or equivalent in manufacturing accounting, mathematics & statistics.
• Lean Six Sigma experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's in Engineering and/or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture quality products with minimal scrap or rework while meeting customer specs.
• Plan, organize, and supervise shift operations to meet production schedules.
• Develop, train and engage employees to improve efficiency, quality and morale.
