Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors in Fife, WA is hiring a Production Worker I for the graveyard shift. You will support the fiberglass lineal production process and help meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets while staying active and engaged.

This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., read a tape measure, use hand and power tools, and perform basic math. One year of related experience is preferred, with the opportunity to grow within MITER Brands.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience preferred (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fiberglass, Painting)
• Mechanical aptitude including the ability to read a tape measure
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted

Responsibilities

• Support fiberglass lineal production process.
• Meet key goals: On-Time Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Safety, Housekeeping, and Scrap reduction.
• Follow standard work instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality work on schedule to meet customer expectations.
