Job summary

Milgard Windows and Doors, a MITER Brands company, seeks a Production Assembler I to join Tacoma, WA manufacturing. Swing shift 3:30PM-12:30AM offers starting pay $22.00/hour with a $2.00/hour swing differential. You will assemble vinyl windows and patio doors, follow work instructions, and help the team meet daily goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or ability to obtain).
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on work experience preferred but not required.

• Comfort using basic hand tools and equipment (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks involved in the construction of windows and patio doors.
• Follow standard work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect your own work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support flexibility by assisting in different assembly areas as needed.
