Job summary

Jensen Precast in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a Production Worker to contribute to fiberglass product manufacturing. The position is based in our Gig Harbor facility and involves hands-on production tasks on the line.

You will work on the production team under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, performing essential duties to help meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment. A safety-first mindset is required, with proper PPE and clean work practices.

Qualifications

• Interest in manual production work and willingness to learn fiberglass processes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Placing layers of fiberglass mat and cloth in molds, smoothing wrinkles and trimming excess material.
• Spraying chopped fiberglass, resin, and catalyst on mold using pneumatic spray gun with chopper attachment.
• Removing cured products from molds and inspecting, cleaning, and prepamping molds for next cycle.
• Maintaining proper use of PPE and keeping a safe, clean work environment.
