Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment.
• Take 100% responsibility for the quality of products served and ensure proper portion sizes.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of all food products at line stations and restock at end of shift.
• Label, date and rotate products; ensure freshness and quality.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Lead and direct other cooks in the absence of the Chef or Sous Chef and communicate with management to address issues.
