Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, advise on wait times, and collect guest names as appropriate.
• Seat guests and manage station assignments to balance workload.
• Handle guest payments accurately and process tips as per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of property outlets, events, and promotions.
• Answer phones promptly and assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Nugget policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team during shift changes and handoffs.
• Provide a positive, professional image for the Nugget at all times.
