Job summary

Mesquite Gaming is seeking a grub-and-service focused cook for the graveyard shift. You will be responsible for proper frying, broiling, sautéing, grilling, baking, and other cooking tasks to deliver high-quality meals to guests.

The role requires prior food preparation experience, ability to read and understand English, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Health and safety standards must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Prior experience in food preparation and food service preferred.
• Must be flexible and adaptable, with good eye/hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain kitchen and food service areas.
• Prepare and cook food to company standards for guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment to measure, mix, and prep ingredients.
• Read orders and prepare foods accordingly.
• Follow Health and Safety standards in assigned areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
