Rolling Hills Casino is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Dispatchers, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and effective incident response across the casino and resort property on Tribal land.

The role provides on-the-floor leadership, conducts shift briefings, supports onboarding, and handles escalated guest issues with discretion while upholding company policies and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Strong observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and direct the activities of Security Officers and Security Dispatchers during assigned shifts.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership, guidance, and coaching to ensure professional conduct and policy compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive shift briefings and daily training items.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Security Officers and Dispatchers.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure team members maintain proper appearance, conduct, and compliance with department standards.
